Our Fair For Life certified Argan Oil is produced by a woman cooperative in Morocco. Organic vegetable oil suitable for a wide range of end applications. It is produced as follows: once the argan fruit has been collected, the soft pulp is removed by hand, the most labour-intensive part of the process. The hard nuts are then cracked between two stones by hand and the seeds removed. This traditional process has been handed down to the women, generation after generation. The Argan kernels are then cold pressed in a stainless steel press and decanted. After 1-2 weeks the oil is filtered to produce a clear and bright top quality product.

This product meets the "bio-based and/or natural products" characteristic because it is 100% Natural content per ISO 16128-1: 2016 and ISO 16128-2: 2016 guidelines, with a Natural Origin Index of 1. Moreover, it meets the "environmental accreditation" characteristic, since it is Organic certified according to Reg. (EU) 2018/848. It also meets the "social impact accreditation" characteristic since it is Fair For Life certified.
