Shell PANOLIN S4 Hydraulic OS C EAL 15 is a hydraulic and control line fluid formulated with zinc-free additive technology and fully synthetic saturated esters. It is designed for subsea, offshore and marine applications where CEFAS and OSPAR compliance is required.Specifications, approvals and recommendations:
• Meets requirements of US EPA 2013 VGP• OSPAR Yellow environmental category (Norway), Group C environmental category (UK/NL)
• OCNS Group 'C'
• ≥98% w/w of this lubricant's components are readily biodegradable, achieving a passing result of ≥60% according to OECD 301B
• Meets requirements of EN 17181:2019
